Week 14: LemonAverage size: 3.4 in, 1.5 oz
Our adorable little babies are busy with thumb sucking, toe wiggling, and (not so cute but equally amazing) making urine and breathing amniotic fluid as the liver, kidneys and spleen continue to develop. Lanugo (thin, downy hair) is growing all over the body for warmth.

hmmm....not so sure how I feel about them peeing in me ;o)
Also, we have our "Big" ultrasound (when we can find out the gender) scheduled for May 22!!! I do have a call into my OB though (she is out of town) to make sure that will be ok, as I will only be 17 weeks (they recommend 18-20). The radiology dept. that does the ultrasound said it was fine!! We will see...I am just excited that we might get to find out what these little guys are in just 3 weeks!!!
