Paige...You are just so darn cute and so much fun!!! You just continue to become more and more vibrant! You used to be so quiet and so reserved...and now you are just full of life! You are definitely still "chill" but you are much more active and bubbly!! You are my little love bug..and my gentle soul. You are now completely sitting up on your own, sometimes you still fall down, but for the most part you are good to go! You are also up on your hands and knees and rocking back and forth. You love to wiggle your toes when you get excited...you express through your feet and its so cute!! Daddy bought you a toy because he knew you would love it and you do. Its a big penguin that tips from side to side when you move it...you LOVE it..and can play with it forever! When you get really really excited you squeal really loud...more like a screech! It's very startling but really funny coming from you! You have learned to hold your own bottle..sometimes you still like some help, but for the most part you do it on your own (still working on tipping it back when it gets to the bottom). You do this new thing when you want to be held...if I am sitting on the floor with you, you will bounce up and down and reach over to my legs and arms to try and get onto my lap..SO cute!!! You also love love love to ride in the shopping cart!! You and I went out to Safeway the other day after your eye apt. and you were so excited to be in the cart all by yourself!! You bounced up and down on your butt and smiled the whole time! The most precious moment was when I bent down to get something and I looked back at the cart and I saw your little face peeking over the cart handle with this big sweet smile on your face..absolutely priceless!! its like you were saying.."what are you doing down there mama". You are also completely swaddle free!!! Such a big girl!! Your sister used to steal things from you (and still does) but you have figured out you are stronger and if you really want something you usually win ;o) You love daddy time...and he always knows how to get you laughing...and it usually involves tickling or blowing raspberries on your belly! I love you my sweet little Paige, and happy 8 months!
Emma...Well you are still my wild and crazy girl, never a dull moment!! You are a mover that's for sure. You have been rolling around like crazy and are working really really hard at crawling! You sit up like a pro and can go from laying to sitting all by yourself. You did something really crazy the other day..and I think it was a total fluke (have only done it twice) but you pulled yourself up to a stand! You had such a shocked look on your face, followed by the biggest smile, you were so proud!! You are into everything...anything that is in your path is fair game! You also have a bit of a temper..and when you want it you want it now! you get this look on your face..it gets all scrunched up, your arms go out and you make little fists and then you let out a loud grunt/scream!! I know when you are awake from naps because I hear this loud thunk, thunk, thunk....you lift your legs up and slam them down as hard as you can. Unlike your sister you are not completely swaddle free...you are very attached and LOVE it for naps...you are unswadled at night though. You are full of life and spunk...and you definitely can challenge my patience, but your big smile and your sparkly eyes make you just so darn lovable!! You did something that I have been waiting so long for one of you to do..you reached for me. You were tired and fussy and someone was holding you, you saw me and leaned towards me with your arms...melted me! I think you are going to be a mama's girl...which secretly I don't mind one bit ;o) Love you!!!

Girls...
You love to play with each other now, and you make each other laugh...its just so fun to hear! Although sometimes you are not always nice to eachother...Emma..You pulled Paige's hair and ear then leaned in to bite her head...not very nice!!! You also grab onto each other and pull each other over..so both tumble to the ground! But for the most part you love each other and play together so nicely!
