11 Months!!

Well they are 11 months...how did that happen, only one more month until my baby girls are 1...still can't believe that!! Well here is what they have been up to this month! Their outfits for this month's pics are in honor of my dad...a present he brought back for the girls from his recent trip to New York to watch the Yankees game (lucky work trip)!



and didn't we see this same image last month...hmmmm....this is her major "drama queen" face! I see it often when things don't go her way ;o)

Paige...

Well the first thing I have to say is that you have become quite feisty!! Don't get me wrong, you are still very "chill" when you want to be, but you have developed a bit of an "attitude" (or "tude" as daddy would say). You get mad when you don't get something you want, or if you sister takes something from you you clench your fist and make this "grrr" noise! And even with your newly developed "tude" you are still the sweetest thing ever, making it hard to resist squeezing and kissing you constantly! You are very sensitive and can get your feelings hurt easily, and when you are sad you want to be held and loved. You still love to stand, and have even tried (and mastered) to stand on your own without holding only anything. You can raise up to a stand when bending over holding onto something and you get SO proud of yourself, its so cute! You have started "cruising" along the couch and other things, and love to walk with your little toy walker thing you push. You are growing so big and tall, and have at least 2 in on your sister!! You have become quite verbal and talk and babble a ton, no real words yet, but in your head you are saying lots of things ;o). I am loving being your mama, and am enjoying seeing you grow each day!

Emma...

You are still as feisty as ever that sure has not changed. You have a TON of energy and are always on the move! We call you "little miss nosy rosy", as you are always looking around and checking out everyone, you don't want to miss a beat! Your biggest accomplishment this month were your first steps! Like I mentioned before they were quick and wobbly and you fell right away, but you stepped twice. You haven't been trying it a whole lot lately, but you have been standing more and more and you "cruise" along everything! Everyone says you will be walking before your birthday but we will see!! You are still my little peanut and fit into 6-9 month clothes ;o). It is so funny to see the difference between you and your sister! You also do this new little squeal thing when you are happy and its just so darn cute!! Eating has become quite the event with you. You are quite picky and I swear you are going to turn into a fruit! Your favorites (and sometimes the only things I can get you to eat) are fruit (any and every kind) yogurt, cheese, crackers and beans. I mean what kid spits out grilled cheese!! Hopefully this is something you will grow out of! You also have a new game...throw the food on the floor. And you know you aren't supposed to do it, because you hold the food over the edge, look at me expressionless, and then oh so slyly (so you think) drop it, and then smile. OOOOH!!! despite your fiestiness you are so much fun, and I can't imagine my life without you!!!

Emma was not too fond of the rough rocky concrete on her bare knees (I mean who would) so being determined to escape she figured out something else that would work!! and as you can see from the rest of the pics of her, she was not very smiley that day..WAY to much going on to worry about smiling for a picture! Paige on the other hand had lots of smiles to share!
